This class will teach you three ancient yogic breathing techniques that can help to energize your body and mind. You will learn how to do Sun and Moon Piercing Breath, as well as Bellows Breath. These techniques are simple to learn but powerful in their effects. They can help to improve your circulation, oxygenate your cells, and increase your energy levels. You will also learn how to integrate these techniques into your daily life so that you can enjoy their benefits all day long. We end with a 10-minute natural awareness meditation.
